Jermaine Blackwood

Jermaine Blackwood

About

Our very first client and world-renowned middle order batsman, Jermaine Blackwood, has been one of the region’s top talents in recent years. Having represented the West Indies at every level from youth cricket to the senior level, Blackwood has made himself a name with his aggressive approach at the crease. He’s led the regional 4day tournament in runs twice in his career, earning a place in the West Indies middle order over the past half a decade. His consistency with the bat has allowed him to be one of very few players who have been able to earn their place back on the team (twice) after being dropped. Blackwood has been involved in some of the most successful run chases in recent years especially against England where he has led the West Indies to victory on more than three occasions. In 2017, he was drafted in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and has been a member of the Jamaica Tallawahs in the regional Caribbean Premier League (CPL) tournament.

Aldaine Thomas

Aldaine Thomas

About

An aggressive batsman and athletic wicketkeeper, Aldaine has definitely made a case he is the future behind the stumps for Jamaica. He burst onto the scene in late 2015 when he was selected as the main wicketkeeper for the Jamaica Scorpions during the NAGICO Super 50 tournament. With a fairly small sample size at the regional level Aldaine looks towards the upcoming Regional 4day and One Day tournaments to add his name to the strong crop of young wicketkeepers in the West Indies. With youth experience with the Jamaica Under 19s and Jamaica Select XI Aldaine looks to have a bright future at the senior level.

A prodigy at the youth level and constantly praised for his leadership ability Ramaal Lewis has yet to blossom at the senior level but continues to receive a strong vote of confidence from regional coaches. Lewis had a breakout out party during 2019 CPL showing his potential as an all-rounder with a flurry of boundaries at the back end of the innings in multiple games to propel the Jamaica Tallawahs to competitive scores.
